If you are going East on Armour, you will pass the Community Center {and the parking lot} before you see the name of the building. And the sign is almost obscured by flowers. There is ample brick area on the west side to post the building's name. I think there needs to have the building's name posted on the west side. What would be even better would be an activity sign like the sign posted on North Oak and Armour.
